Dumplings

Waiting for the rest of the dumplings to pop to the surface so we can scoff them for lunch. It was a bit of a wait - some had stuck to the bottom! The extra is a tad more colourful. That was the last batch in the freezer so we’ll need to make more on some rainy, housebound day.
Boy it was wild out there, could have passed for November. I had to don the winter coat before heading across town to pick up the car. It’s not fixed; they’ve ordered a new turbo-pump, whatever that is. Worryingly they didn’t bother telling me how much more that’ll cost! Saw the first results of Queensferry Road’s new cycle lanes, two demolished cars astride the road exactly where one new lane starts. Seems that two into one doesn’t go.
Another Friday, another quiz and catch-up and a few beers went down well.
