The Silvery Tay
The Tay seen meandering past Aberfeldy in Perthshire.
The title is one of William McGonagall's ( 1825 - 1902 ) poems, allegedly the world's worst poet, eg :-
And the lambkins they do play,
And the humming bee is on the wing,
It is enough to make one sing,
While they carelessly do stray,
Along the beautiful banks of the Silvery Tay.
There's much more, which I'll spare you.
