Lilac time

Wednesday today so church this morning. Just a small congregation but a very friendly and positive service.
This lilac was on the cycle track, there were several around including a white one which always seems a misnomer. I love the scent. When I was at school, Avon brought out a range of solid perfumes there was lilac, a honeysuckle and a third but I can't remember what that was.
I repotted the shallots I planted a few weeks ago they didn't have enough drainage, hopefully I've rescued them in time.
I picked up Isobel from nursery then we went together to pick up Eilidh from Brownies which is being held in Inverleith Park for the duration. The girls are here overnight again, we are so lucky.
We're watching Bloodlands at the moment which I recorded, and we're thoroughly enjoying it.
