Happy birthday Hubby!

My dear hubby was 71 today and we’ve had a lovely day. We went out for a lovely brunch this morning then into town to do some bits and pieces. Poor thing he needed his nap early afternoon....so did I. We didn’t need lunch. We had open house for tea and cake and various family and friends came. The gorgeous coffee and walnut cake was made by our son. He put it in our shed as we weren’t home. I told Colin there was something in the shed for him....he was really pleased. This evening we went just down the road from home for a bar meal with our son and family. A really lovely day and the sun shone all day!!
