Looking down

We woke to heavy rain but it had cleared by 10 a.m., and having put back a meeting with SueJay50 and Terrifo, we spent a happy hour or so plodding the beach, dog watching. They come into a life of their own on beaches, some strenuously avoiding any contact with the sea and others merrily plunging into the chill water.

This afternoon we headed over to Lee to meet up with the girls, walked up the valley to the Grampus for afternoon tea and then headed back to the beach, where the tide had kindly receded enough for a plod over the rocks.

JJ kindly took this image of the three of us wandering back up the beach, heads down, looking for inspiration I think.

Great to catch up again and as always far to short a time spent in good company.
