Salmon Croquettes

Salmon croquettes, spinach, and mashed potatoes. Wine: Hess Collection Chardonnay Napa 2018.

The mashed potatoes are leftovers from the delivery we had Saturday. Thought we also had spinach Saturday, tonights was freshly made. The wine is a pretty typical oaky, buttery California Chardonnay.
