Daddy Blackbird

Took our tea over to Miss Flum's, where there is a blackbird's nest in the tree in her front garden.

She pointed out the parents' habit of flying to a nearby fence before diving in to the greenery in one place and emerging a little further along. I managed to capture the daddy as he exited the nest.

Extra: of one of the tulips we planted in a patch previously used as a toilet by one of the local cats.
