On The Precipice......

Today was exhilarating and absolutely bloomin knackering. My muscles are burning. I think its because since the day we got here we have been flat out doing very long walks, which for a towny like me is hard work.
My job is very active but its not the same as walking in fabulous Welsh air! Wales is fast becoming my favorite place in the whole world.
The guy next to Paula is someone I got chatting to on Flickr (Hes shy and so I wont name him). Hes an amazing studio photographer and he swapped a new Z lens for my oldest drone. We arranged to meet here a good few weeks ago. He drove up from Stafford for the day. 
We had to get up at stupid o clock to meet him at Tanygrisiau and Cwmorthin Slate Mine at 8:30am!
It was a fantastic day but boy we are paying for walking 9 hours! 
Rest day tomorrow then hopefully get back there for evening sun and maybe I can get drone up.
