Grey Heron
When I went up to the loch first thing the young one was not around. I spotted the adult I saw the other day and it came over to the water's edge. It obviously remembered I had given it fish when I last saw it. I gave it a little more and had to head off for my second Covid jab. When I got back I returned to the loch with MrsD. I was pleased to see the young one was there. She came straight across and started to eat her fish from the mud. I encouraged her to move back to the water as it was a cleaner way for her to get the rest of her fish.
I seem to be supplying more fish than the loch now especially if I include the two crows, my fishmonger has never been happier.
The extras are the adult and the young one at full stretch.
