The view from above

It was almost two years since our last flight. Today we flew to Colorado to spend a week with youngest daughter and her husband (we’d not seen them in 18 months!). Below is the city of Denver with the snow capped Rockies in the background.

I was a bit shell-shocked at the number of people at the airport and the completely full flight. Stressful, esp in and around the airports. Less so on the flight, where attendants were very watchful over mask wearing procedures.

But we are here and the big hugs of our daughter were just wonderful :)
