Forth Road Bridge

After yet another disappointing Edinburgh Derby,completely lacking in quality apart from our disallowed "goal'', I took a scenic route home to look for a blip . There were some good sea shots off Silverknowes but thought the Forth Road Bridge worthy of inclusion as it has been in the news recently. Apparently it is not really in need of replacing urgently but we are going ahead with a new one anyway at enormous expense. I remember seeing the start of the building of this bridge way back in the early sixties and although not of the grandeur of the rail bridge it is quite a sight nevertheless. The snow capped Ochils can be seen "below the bridge"
