Devilla Forest

It has been another cold and damp day but I took a drive out to Devilla Forest which is a large area of woodland just north of Culross. I had walked here once before and relied on memory to get around the forest tracks. There are occasional maps pinned to trees indicating the best paths and tracks to give a good circuit. The weather was again not ideal for photography but this is a shot of the Mill Loch in the centre of the forest , where there are wild fowl and swans. The bullrushes also look interesting and a return visit in the summer to see these in more colour is on the cards
