Swallow
Today we went for the longest walk we have managed since December, over 4 miles. It also involved a steep climb and later a very steep descent. We took our time and had a picnic lunch. We saw all sorts of birds including swallows, wagtails (see extra), a perigrine falcon, some buzzards, a chiff chaff and a green woodpecker. Most of the birds were flying high or a long way away and my photos were not too good. I managed some swallows in flight but the one on the wire was better. The wagtail is sharper, but I was pleased to get the swallow. Both have been cropped a lot!
