In flower again. Some of you may remember this dark red geranium from the past 2 summers. The general agreement was the name is a hark back to WW1.

I had a helpful discussion with my GP this morning. One of the things mentioned was IQoro the near-muscular gadget I'm using in the hope of resolving reflux, that bought an end to Pilates for me. Its approved by NICE but not funded by NHS so I bought my own. For anyone interested here's a link to their website.
