Sunshine after the rain

Very late to bed again..... but slept solid for 6 hours, but not really long enough though.

Up showered and downstairs just after 9, still tearful for thr first couple of hours, had a chat with daughter, ae are all still feeling hubs loss. Eventually got myself together so I could drive to sis's..... a bit late leaving but got there around 11.30.

We had a few things we needed fo do today, not very successful overall.....no aquatic compost to be had anywhere......B&Q didnt have the outdoor lights I wanted. Sis didnt find the plants and tubs she wanted either!

We did sit outside for a coffee & sandwich, in the sunshine, which didnt last long. As usual it turned chilly, then breezy then the rain came, accompanied by thunder!! We got wet a couple of times!!

Once back at sis's, shopping away, we went out again to walk Kobi before we had tea.....lovely brisket with veggies and roast potatoes.

I left just after 7 to go to a friends little boutique to collect something that I had ordered quite a while ago......turns out it had been inadvertantly sold! Trouble is it was for DiLs birthday, which is the day after tomorrow!! Had to choose something else, but its not really what I wanted :-/ Hopefully she will like it....also got something for other DiL, oh, and a little dress for moi too. I took todays blip as I left the boutique after a massive downpour......gave for a wonderful sky on the drive home!

Caught up and Three Families tonight and watched Baby Surgeons, absolutely amazing what they can do! Ive had another card today and two more donations, which I will make on line. Flowers are only just holding on now, will have to go soon :-(

Well its time for bed, have to br up early in the morning. Hope youre all safe out there.
