Primary Colours

We walked our "Two Ridges" today starting from Trentham Gardens. We went over the ridge of Kings Wood up to the Duke of Sutherland monument. From there we walk through the village of Tittensor, and across the horse paddocks to the pedestrian bridge over the M6 motorway. From there is a steep rise through a small wood which is now carpeted with bluebells. We then head to the second ridge along the edge of Hanchurch Hills.

This is where I took this shot as we sat and enjoyed a quick break, and watched the farmer spraying the crops.

The route back to the car takes you through a series of very picturesque fishing pools, and under the M6 this time.

The last leg is across Trentham Golf Course where you do have to watch for low flying balls!
