After a dry morning the afternoon was showery. I decided to try Bowness first and move on if there was no parking. It was my lucky day.

The blip shows the view north and the changeable weather. I’ve added an extra of a house sparrow. It was almost the main blip because I rarely get photos of small birds. There may be a nest under the cafe’s eaves as a juvenile sparrow appeared from the darkness.
