Crochet attack!

Some of the trees in town have been adorned by some delightful crochet creations: decorated wreaths like this one, floral star shapes hanging from other branches and bunting wound around the trunks. Even the old curmudgeon Oliver Cromwell's statue has some cheery bunting to look at, although he hasn't cracked a smile as yet.
