Bluebells

The forecast for much of the day was to be cold, wet and windy, starting about midday so I went for a run earlier.
As the ground had dried reasonably from the last lot of rain I went to the bluebell woods with some new shoes (they're the same as a previous pair but shoes always need a few runs before they can be worn for any length of run and today's was a little too long for full comfort). The bluebells have started to flower but most areas are at least a week away from full glory.
As expected the rain came and I've spent most of the rest of teh day on a jigsaw and doing my cross-stitch. The rain has now stopped and the sun has just come out (2030hrs).
