Flower Friday From The Old Home Town

This is the Government Gardens in Rotorua.  When I lived here it was a source of many a flower blip.   In the background is the iconic Rotorua Museum which is closed for earthquake strengthening.
We have been having a whirlwind time catching up with old friends.    Tonight was especially delightful with my friend Robyn and senior teacher for many years.  Jennie who we are staying with is the Deputy Principal of another primary school.  Boy do we know how to improve education and everything else in society.  It was a fun evening.  It is so good to reconnect with old friends and just take up like we have never been apart.
