Stripping it back

The Boy is helping me with a little job. We've got a number of Hazel sticks need stripped back to bare wood for a performance I'm involved in at the end of April. I stripped them whilst they were wet but as they dried, they soon turned brown again. The living room is covered in shavings and sawdust.

Busy day today. Usual Farmers' Market, Blue Blazer and walk home. Pot luck dinner at F's for his birthday/house warming but was glad to get a lift home fairly early.
