I started the day with my final 10km run to complete the 50km in five consecutive days for the #depressionawareness challenge. In the afternoon I took a lovely, long walk along the Mukogawa, took a photo in a park in Amagasaki for Pears, and then read a chapter of my latest read.

A beautiful day.

Sadly, there are some people for whom, no matter how much happiness and beauty there is in their lives, it does not permeate the darkness in their minds.

Let us spare a thought for those people.
