The Teapot Fence

Saw some more genius behaviour from someone who didn't pass shoe tying, nose blowing, doing up buttons in the right holes and, I suspect, bum wiping at school.  As a consolation he was given a driving license to show us all just what he wasn't capable of.

I stand by my comment that fully 50% of people with cars here should have their license taken away.  The displays of petulance and arrogance that I see every day add more anecdotal evidence to this.  Sadly no good anecdotes.
