Went off and prophesied some good times

Today is a bank holiday. 

I intend to use it as a bank holiday ALL day. 

Didn't get out of bed til 9.30.

Came down stairs, drunk coffee slowly.   Ate toast. 

Threw this in the mixer. Made Pastry.  Left pastry to Chill. 

With the egg whites and some coconut, I made cococnut macaroons. 

The rain started, and poured and poured.  I was so happy for my wee plot. 

We watched CSI, Mentalist, Doc Martin, Flight attendant.  As much crap tv as we could deal with.
