Shepherd’s Pie or Cottage Pie?

I call this Shepherd’s Pie, but I think, as it has beef, it should be Cottage Pie .....and then there’s Cumberland Pie!!!! Whatever it is, it is the perfect dish for a miserable, cold and wet day.
