The Cruise Season Begins

The much heralded return of the cruise season today.  The MV Hoy Head can be seen making for Lyness and she may call in past later to pick up folk at the Flotta Pier.  It then travels several days to Valparaiso where any surviving passengers are granted the freedom of Reykjavik.

The Current Mrs Creel is across at her Hoy bolt hole tonight.  The first time I have ever been left on sole command. 

A chap on the door earlier revealed Ted Hastings – he asked if there was anything decent to watch on TV.  I played him an old tape of Softly, Softly.
