At ease

Private cars are (largely) not allowed in our traffic-free town but many people like to rent these golf buggies albeit at vast cost. It’s quite funny to see one of these struggling, fully-laden with adults, children, dogs and shopping, up one of our steep hills pursued in slowest motion by several buses and delivery trucks. 

Here they are at rest of a Sunday lunchtime, though, parked neatly in their little bays for a change.

Extra is the pink plant I came across on our mini-dogwalk this hot and humid morning. No idea what it is but it’s quite attractive.
