Saturday treat
Pinch, punch, first of the moth. We celebrated the arrival of May with lunch in the garden, and wonderful burgers lovingly cooked by my son on the barbecue. They comprised brioche buns, yummy sauce, salad leaves, cheddar slices and chunky minced beef burgers from the new local gourmet food shop in our village, with resident butcher. All scrummily cooked, medium rare. Quite the tastiest burgers I've ever tasted!
