More Green

Our beech hedge is among the last things in the garden to turn green in spring. Finally the leaves come out, and I really like the coppery shine on the opening buds. 

We had a bit of hazy sunshine this morning, but now it's grey and rather cold outside. After finishing my chores, I'm treating myself to a lazy day - playing with cats, reading, cuddling with cats, watching the volcano webcam in Iceland, and playing some more. Bliss.
