Early Purple Orchid

Some polytunnel planting first thing and a visit to a friend who runs a local company called PPD and can make anything in plastic. On this occasion I wanted a spare part for my moth trap which he duly made. He is fab at providing solutions to problems. Now I can start moth trapping again.

Later a walk with fellow blipper along the canal which was looking fantastic with all the spring flowers. Lots of cowslips in bloom plus the first of the Early purple orchids.

Later again another walk in the woods before putting up the tent where KK decided to sleep tonight. Now it's a very late gin night with home made gin from a kit. Yuck it is horrible, tastes like too much Cardamom
