Cancelled a walk with a friend today
Phoned for my usual Dr appt to be told my Dr of 13+yrs is off indefinitely.
Got out of bed at 2.30 for a 3.30 dental hygienist appt, which felt like a waste of time. Whoopee she cleaned and polished my teeth. 
Back to bed. 

Not a good head day.
