Turns out cheap flowers don't last long! 

Psychiatrist this morning, a good appt, felt like therapy for the therapy, but it helped answer some questions and got a bit of advice. No change to medication. Asked about anxiety meds but listening to the effects of the ones she mentioned I'd rather have the anxiety. I'll see how it goes until the next appt.
