Jack Frost

Slept ok, a bit of a wrench getting up, but I did and once Id had breakfast I started the various jobs I'd planned to do today.

Phone calls included topping up hubs mobile,
my card failed, so tried to pay via my paypal account, but that wouldnt work because the phone no. wasnt mine, so tried to set up a new paypal account, that wouldnt work because my email address is already connected to my own account......and so it went, everything, took so long to sort out......tears, not sure whether it was sadness and/or frustration :-(
Also stumbled on a voicemail message, from the garage where we got our car....not our usual guy though. Turns out he has left and this chap was ringing to introduce himself.....3 days after hub passed away....that really set me off. I felt gutted too as my contact has now evapourated.....we have had 3 cars from him, he face timed hub and I just a couple of months ago and Id emailled him last week with a query...now I know why I haven't had a reply :-(

The new Sky hub was delivered, connected it up, boxed up the old one for returning.....every device in the house then needed reconnecting to wifi with the new Sky id and password... Ive done most devices, but need to reregister our Alexa as its currently linked to hubs account.

Came home this evening after having tea and a "games night" (its what hub used to do) with daughter and granddaughter, switched on the tv, its not connected to wifi....followed the instructions, but its still not connecting.....a phone call needed in the morning!!! As you can imagine my head is mashed :-//

I also popped out and returned all hubs medicines to the chemist for disposal, such a waste of money :-/ Then to a different pharmacy, registered to take back the sharps box containing all the used syringes. Also dropped off 3 pairs of curtains and 1 pair of voiles for shortening.....they had all been in the boot of the car for weeks. Got myself a coffee en route too...... I had also planned to get rid of the pile of ironing but that has not been touched!

Its felt really chilly today, had my boots and thicker coat back on!! Todays blip is our lovely brunnera Jack Frost, the flowers are such a beautiful shade of blue.

Doesnt feel like I have made much progress today.....
