Amelanchier

My amelanchier is in full bloom. It is such a beautiful little tree. The sun backlights it near sunset and the flowers just glow.. wonderful. 

I was busy having a quiet morning reading my book club book in bed this morning but had showered and was almost dressed when a friend rang to say she was on her way over would l like a walk.. 15 mins warning.. perfect!  She had three dogs so we had a good walk and an even better chatter then a cuppa in the garden when we got back.  She asked to see my paintings and chose two she would like to buy.. what fun.  I can think of no one more wonderful to have some more of my paintings. She is so supportive. As it happens I posted both on here Mar 1st
