My heart skips a beat

When the hedgerows are fully adorned in the fresh spring green and the cow parsley froths its way along the roadside my heart skips a beat. I absolutely love this magical season... so full of energy and abundance.  Today was the start of the cow parsley it is tiny and small and not really noticeable yet but give it a few more days and it will be spectacular.

It has been cooler today.. the rain that was promised has not arrived... yet.  We could do with the rain.  l hope it comes gently so that it soaks right in to feed the plants and start my seeds properly.  

Ironing tomorrow.. sheets and duvet.. ugh l hate ironing the big stuff!!
Then painting.. now that is not to be missed and will be a nice reward for emptying the laundry baskets!
