back to the dairy

A busy day with a meeting followed by an afternoon of work - but really no interesting photos, so it's back to the Lancashire Hygienic Dairy leaflet, treasured since my primary school trip. 

On this distractingly pink and white background we have an illustration of 'some of the modern, hygienic vehicles in daily use'.

One of the dairy's proud claims is that in term-time it daily produces 2,000 crates of a third of a pint bottles which are delivered under the Schools' Milk Scheme. 

Oh! that milk was horrible! Luke warm, I can smell it still!
