Blackbird

The other day I decided to reconstruct my "wildlife area". 

I had wanted to create somewhere to get natural looking pictures of birds and red squirrels. At first I put together a group of sawn logs. Then I decided to raise them on a pallet to stop them washing away in a flood. Next I wanted to hide the unnatural pallet with a recently felled tree stump. That just about hid the logs!

My latest adjustment, on Friday, was to lift all the logs off the pallet, add another pallet then re arrange the logs. I've put a shot in Extras.

So, the result is, from my seat on the patio I can get shots of birds like this rather grey male blackbird on the logs.
