Tete-a-tete

Had this pot of mini daffs in the greenhouse and when I came back they were in flower.
Tried a run today, the ankle was okay and I didn't cough but I was a bit breathless and the skiing and snowshoeing antics have left me with a sore knee (it's okay for walking), so I'm going to have to take things carefully - very annoying.
