Taking A Break During Nestbuilding

I did not go for a walk today---the windchill this morning was 40 degrees, so I looked to the birds eating on my deck rail.  The traffic today was all about the Cardinals and the Chickadees.  I caught this guy pausing for just a moment and it looks like he is nestbuilding.  You can see from the extra that he is very territorial right now......
