School Projects

When will it end! I love a school project, I just hate a last minute one which has been 100% of the ones Sienna has done. Because of covid restrictions they don't even take them into school (and relieve the house of them) instead they take a photo to send in. She did 'win' the best house design and received a pack of coloured pens - although disappointing the second and third prizes were sweets which were much more desirable apparently!

The earlier part of the day was returning Indus back to university in Leeds after her knee operation. I was keen to set off early so I could head into the city for a bit of a wander around the shops before I headed back to pick up Sienna from netball. However Indus' only thoughts was on the 5pm booking in a bar that she had made with friends (her first night out!) so the departure time was suited for that event and not my shopping expectations. I still managed a quick hour looking around - it was definitely no where at all back to normal - quiet, restrained and subdued...although ended up getting some shot glasses and a glass vase for my efforts!
