Pizza!

So in a sense of false economy, after a holiday last May that has been rescheduled and rescheduled, and now cancelled, I spent the money refunded to buy an Ooni Pizza Oven - which we so so so required and of course had nothing else to spend the money on.

So we tried it out. First pizza was unable to leave the under floured boards and ended up folded on top of itself and became a calzone back in the kitchen oven, second was under cooked as the dough was too thick (how do they spin it on their hands?!), the third slid off the tray on the way out of the kitchen when the door hit the scaffolding and bounced back causing the pizza to end up sliding down the door window pane and the fourth was 'perfect'!

It was a lot of work - it has potential but like anything it will be a practice makes perfect sort of endeavour!
