Project 365 day 110: new hazel leaves

I love hazel leaves at this stage - they look to me as though they have little bows or rosettes, and those beautiful pleated leaves. These are looking particularly festive with the deep red of the newly opening berberis leaves behind, dressed to party. I spotted them, nicely backlit, while hanging out the laundry, and returned with the camera for a very productive few minutes shooting beech leaves, richly coloured backlit berberis, flowering currant now in full, shocking pink bloom, and a very nice hoverfly on a dandelion. However, I'm too indecisive to cope with a choice of blips, and risk falling asleep at the keyboard before I can make up my mind.
