Blue tit

I had 5 minutes to fill whilst waiting for a doctors appointment/phone call, so took a few snaps of a blue tit on the feeder.

The doc has agreed to continue my HRT but says I need to buy a blood pressure monitor as this is something that probably won’t return as a service at the surgery when things get going again. Wonder what else is on that list?
