Pelicans on the point

I will have you know I risked life and limb to get a shot of these pelies.  I went into the water, rolled up trousers and took shoes off and it was weedy and slippery.  I thought I was going to go A over T.   Funnily enough, it wasn't the shot I like the best of them and this one was taken safety from the land.  I was trying to get the sunset behind them which you can see in the extra.  Mind you, it wasn't quite as golden at the time as it took me some time to roll up the trousers and take the shoes off.

It's been a lovely day today.  Not much accomplished at home but lunch and cards with friends today and a swing by the Lake on the way home.
