The stall that came into the cold
Here's my stall (We are in a church hall, the cross is part of the fixtures). I see from this photo that there is room for more height and improvement, but it was a start.
Today I did better regarding card sales. But in a further blow to creature comforts, we weren't allowed to play streamed or CD music because the performance rights licence has expired! Neither the church hall nor the market can afford to renew it at £600, because they have both lost most of their income over the past year. At least we still have a toilet and a kitchen! I brought my electric heated throw to keep me warm. It definitely helped.
At home once more, the cabin was warm and sunny. Bomble and I lay on the sofa and read King Solomon's Mines ( or a course). At least I did...
I managed to catch up with a few things this evening, though there are still a few more to do. The New Normal is looking a bit busier than the Old Lockdown.
My website for cards and stationery is www.helenascards.co.uk
