"an Oreo cookie"

Having been on strike from baking since Valentines weekend I decided to ease myself back into it tonight with something I haven't made in a very long time. So with cupcakes still on their holidays until next requested, time to make an old favourite - Oreo cookie brownies!!

A rather runny looking mixture led me astray and I gave them an extra 5min than usual which sadly was not my wisest decision! Although soft and kind of gooey, they have more of a cake texture - shame on you helen! Tut tut! Although brownies are one of those baking creations that can go wrong and yet still taste amazing and these are one such batch of brownies! I'll use it as the reason to make them more often! :)
