Today's the day ........................ to sing your heart out

I was up early today and into town first thing for a hairdressers' appointment.  How good did that feel?!

On my way home, this robin put on a special performance up in the branches of a tree.  He was caught in a spotlight of the sun's rays and I could see every detail of his red breast as he trilled his wonderfully melodious tune.

And I'm pretty sure he was singing - just for me ...................
