Angelic? Not likely

I couldn’t resist posting this picture #2 daughter send of the boys. James aged 6 and Thomas aged 8. They have never looked so angelic. (On the YouTube of last week’s show, Mr C spotted Thomas poking at James. At lot of that goes unnoticed at home. However rather then punching him James just swatted him off. )

I went in a shop today - Lynn is 70 on Saturday. I had to be told about hand disinfectant. The owner wasn’t in the shop and I asked how she was - I sometimes met her on the moor and knew she had developed Parkinson’s. I was shocked to find she has oesophagus cancer and is very ill.

Having got the hang of shopping I saw a clearance sale in Otterburn Mill so got a pair of walking trousers for £25. Would be good if I could get miracle footwear as I’m struggling to walk - the plantar fasciitis and or bone spur/arthritis is such a pest.

Mr C and I packed the van for our little trip away then I tried out the foot again - a short walk to the post box with Lynn’s card. Now I’ve done the exercises and eaten some paracetamol.
