A little heat

Still a freshness to the air today but with very light winds and warmth in the sun the reluctant tulips ( see blip on Sunday) opened out.

After the weekly shop I spent so much time in the garden working on a new flower bed (and removing the couch grass from the old lawn it now covers) that I needed factor 30.

A little heat was all that was needed to prove the loaf I decided to make (see extra) although I admit the firing needed a high temperature. The bread was to go with home made Cullen Skink which warmed us up even further.
