Happy Birthday Chris

Today was Chris's birthday and we both had the day off so we headed to The Mumbles for the day. Chris's second eldest son lives there with his girlfriend and we spent part of the day with them. We surprised Cal as he had no idea that we were going until Chris knocked on the door. It was a lovely day with 3 different walks: one in the morning on the coast path which is just at the end of their road (pictured), one after lunch into town and along the promenade (extra) and then another before tea (extra - The 3 Cliffs walk). We walked about 20,000 steps altogether and were exhausted. I really don't know how Chris managed the 3 hour drive home after tea. It was a lovely day and I'm looking forward to returning and exploring this part of Wales more.
